I saw a doctor in the Philippines to discuss some facial volume loss. I've have some fillers now, but the results are not exactly what I wanted mainly because the previous doctor was rightly very conservative. However, I don't want to add more fillers for fear of looking plastic. The new doctor recommended mesobotox. I've read about it for smoothness and oil, but not seen anything about a lifting result. She pulled up on my upper check/temple area to show the result. It would look good, if true.

There is no permanent ptosis from Botox. If your eyes seem tired after drinking I suggest you consult a cosmetic dermatologist or surgeon to determine if you need a blepharoplasty. Best, Dr. Green
It may be improper injection or too much Botox. Good news is that it will improve with time. Every week should be better and mostly resolved in a few months.
