Do I need a chin implant or maxillofacial surgery and will it help erase the wrinkles on my chin? (photo)

Basically what I want to know is which procedure would be best for me, an implant or maxillofacial surgery. And one of my main concerns post surgery would be if that "straining" or wrinkles that are shown in the photo would disappear with the implant or surgery. If there's anything else that could be done, please mention it? Thanks!
