Ok so I've always hated my nose. It's super wide (especially when i smile OH GOD), no definition whatsoever, and the tip is beyond bulbous. I was wondering what procedures would be recommended to fix my nose? Cause I also have a really small eyes and wide, flat face with no definition, so I don't want to make my new nose make me look even worse. Thanks in advance!

Answer: Rhinoplasty for bulbous tip Closed rhinoplasty techniques can narrow the nose and bulbous tip. To narrow the bulbous-tip requires suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are required narrow the bridge line. An alar-plasty is required to narrow wide nostrils.

Answer: Narrowing a Wide Bulbous Nose Congratulations on making a decision to move ahead with doing something about a problem that you do not like and can be fixed. A rhinoplasty or nose job would solve the wide nose that you. Asian rhinoplasties are slightly more complex because you nose cartilage is a little more soft and friable than some others but it is certainly possible to get a very good result, just like you are looking for. Exactly what needs to done is impossible to tell without seeing you. I would encourage to schedule a session with someone and come up with a strategy that fits your goals. I have added a video that talks about recovery from a rhinoplasty. I hope that helps. Best regards.
