I had nose job 3 months ago rhinoplasty with alar trim. And to be honest, I don't like it at all. Can I remove my silicone implant? It can go back to my old nose? Even they trim my alar?

Answer: Removing silicone implant Yes, you can have your silicone implant removed if you are dissatisfied with it. However, understand that your nose will return to its original appearance prior to having the implant placed. Depending on how much of your ala were narrowed, the nose should still resemble the original appearance even without the implant. Make sure you have a detailed discussion with your rhinoplasty surgeon prior to proceeding with any additional surgical interventions. Best of luck.
