It can be done with needle or cannula, and the comfort level the injector feels with which one is chosen is important to take into consideration. Specifically in the neck and in other areas where one is wanting to make the skin smoother and less "flimsy," one wants to use the Hyperdilute Sculptra....and in the neck I personally advocate using a cannula. To follow the procedure a month or two later with another collagen-producing treatment, such as microneedling with radiofrequency or Ultherapy, will give you a much enhanced result. Taking in at least 1000mg vitamin C each day for 2-4 months after Sculptra injections has also been found to optimize the results. And yet another great add-on to optimize results is the Celluma medical-grade LED system, the world's most awarded medical LED light device (and the results you get are the reason it has that title!), made right here in America (Anaheim, CA). Good luck to you, and thanks for the question!
