you truly need a posterior thigh lift and fat grafting to your hip dips. cellfina, sculptra, fillers, RF treatmetns and trusculpt flex can HELP and will need to be done regualrly to prevent sagging but there is no other options.  See an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

you might consider Cellfina to reduce the cellulite. Patients are usually satisfied after the treatment (over 90 %). I would suggest you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience with Cellfina.

Sounds like you have wasted a great deal of money with very little if any improvement at all. Sculptra can help you, but make sure that you find a plastic surgeon who is proficient with the use. Serial treatments may be necessary three months apart. Subcision is an important part of the procedure. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
