I would recommend waiting until after your UTI has resolved before having any elective cosmetic treatments, including Sculptra.  It is best to have your body in top health before undergoing a cosmetic treatment.

The problem is not of you taking antibiotics while being interested in getting Sculptra injections. It is the urinary tract infection that can lead to potentially harmful results.
