I got Sculptra a year ago and I don’t look like me anymore. My face looks like a bloated puffer fish. What can I do? (Photo)

Sculptra done January and March 2019. Face is bloated looking and unnatural. What would be the fix? I consulted a different injector and she said my full face should have not gotten sculptra, what can I do to look like me again!
