Would Sculptra help with my nasolabial folds? (Photo)

I'm 25 years old and I'd those folds years ago but this year I'm noticing them even more maybe due to stress and some health issues, so I was willing to plump this area a bit since it's not that deep so I was thinking about biostimulator if it might help.

It might be a bit premature to consider a biostimulator at your age. I might be more inclined to recommend a hyaluronic acid filler at this stage to reduce the appearance of the nasolabial folds. HA fillers produce immediate improvement that can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the product used. I encourage you to schedule a consultation with a board-certified dermatologist who has expertise in filler techniques for a full assessment and customized treatment plan.

There are a variety of injectable treatments that are effective in minimizing the appearance of nasolabial folds. Since Sculptra is primarily used to replace lost collagen, it is typically recommended for patients where collagen depletion has become a concern. That would not likely be your situation, given your age. That said, I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified dermatologist who has had extensive training in all types of fillers. It is possible that an HA filler would fit your needs better at this time, but an in-person assessment by a qualified physician would help you know for sure.

I think Sculptra could help to soften your nasolabial folds.  You shouldn't need very many treatment sessions because your nasolabial folds are not very deep.

It is hard to make an assessment based on a partial photo but often what happens in our 20s and beyond is that we begin to lose collagen and mid face volume loss occurs, with loss of fat under our eyes and in our cheeks, leading to some sagging and drooping of skin around the nose and mouth, leading to more pronounced nasolabial folds. 
It is hard to tell here, without a face to face assessment but my guess would be that restoring some of the volume loss in your mid face may help better with the nasolabial folds you are beginning to notice.

I don't think that Sculptra is a good product to be used in the nasolabial folds. Especially at your age I would stick with a simple product such as Restylane or Juvederm. Make sure you get an evaluation in person by a plastic surgeon I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
