Would I benefit from having a BBL? (Photo)

I am scheduled to have lipo 360, tummy tuck, implant replacements from 425cc (under muscle to hopefully 600cc with 2nd up lift. I want to achieve an hour glass figure. Will I get the desired result with these procedures or should I consider also having the BBL
