I had my Breast Revision in Oct 2023, my problem was my first set if implants were sitting high and so I got them removed and replaced, now what I am worried after getting it replaced is my left implant is sitting higher than the right one. And I don't see or feel any signs of contracture ir any pain, it's just sitting high. I have talked to my surgeon about it and he said just keep doing my massages and use my band. It's probably still early to say but I just wanna know some opinions.

Your left breast has bottomed out and the inferior pocket needs to be elevated. You might need to go down in size since you are not supporting this weight well. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
No, please, please do not go up to such a large and heavy implant. You will have a hard round ball on your chest and it will not look natural. With a capsule, it may be best to go somewhat smaller.
