Can my columella be dropped and alars reduced with a revision rhinoplasty? (photos)

Question

My main concerns are that the alars are hanging and my columella isn't properly visible. I know that the tip swelling will continue to subside, but I doubt that the alars will shrink and the columella will drop a little. Would you recommend a revision? I'm thinking of a sail excision for my alars and a graft to further push down my columella. Thank you for all your help :)

You are still healing at six weeks. Overall the nose looks good. You should give it at least 3 months before deciding if a revision is needed. At that point if you still want alarplasty and bringing down the columella, that can be done. If you end up liking your nose enough that you can live with it, then don't do any revision at all.

I see from your photos that you are only 6 weeks out from your rhinoplasty.  I would be patient as many subtle changes will still occur to the appearance of your nose.  If this was a year out, I would say that you do need to improve your columella show and that can be done with a well placed septal extension graft,
