I had sculptra/ radiesse injections in nasolabial folds and jawline in June 2024 after I lost 30 lbs. I am considering a mini facelift to remove the double chin/ big neck . Do I need to dissolve the fillers? Am I a good candidate for surgery?

You might get good result with micro-needling with radiofrequency to help improve overall skin health and tighten. Fillers could be added for better jawline definition.
