How can I reduce the deep hollows next to my nose without filler or RF? (Photos)

Question

Due to a recessed maxilla and rapid weight loss I have had deep hollows next to my nose and skin laxity. I don’t have an “apple cheek” youthful look. I tried filler placed next to the bone in the pyriform and cheeks but it did not work (should it have been subcutaneous)? I am looking into fat grafting, a deep plane cheek lift, and implants.

Based off your photos - its hard to give a full assessment without seeing the entire face including eyes to help evaluate what you could benefit from - but likely need to dissolve the fillers to help see your baseline at this new weight. You likely could benefit from a mid face lift to help with the descent under your eyes as well as closer to your nasolabial fold (likely from weight loss) along with fat grafting to these areas. A cheek implant could be placed at the time of surgery as well for more projection but would need a full face analysis to fully determine that. (You could try fat grafting first then later on if the projecting is not achieved try an implant).
