Hi I’m 44 and clearly showing signs of ageing. I have a good skin care regime but I feel that I could now do with a cosmetic procedure to lift the bottom half of my face. Would a mini facelift be ideal? Also looking at 1 stitch lifts?

You’re a bit young for a facelift but I think there is some improvement to be made. The term
Mini facelift means different things to different people. Many mini facelifts leave disappointing results that don’t last .  So I simply would do a standard facelift

A lower face/neck lift under local would look amazing and really help your appearance looking natural and is so easy to undergo . Don't bother with the worthless 1 stitch lifts which don't work at all.

A minifacelift is great way to improve early facial aging. The jawlines could be tightened nicely, and the incisions are not as extensive so the healing is quicker. The end result should be something that looks very natural. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

You would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Thank you for your question. A lateral or oblique view would give more information, largely to assess your neck and chin. I would avoid thread-lifts or "one stitch lifts" which will give you about a 6 week result.
