I notice my face sagging a bit and my skin is somewhat loose. I'm not sure if what I have is jowls or buccal fat, and my nasolabial folds are more pronounced than expected for my age. Is it possible to have a mini facelift at my age? If not, what other alternatives could I consider? (Note: I'm afraid of fillers because of the pillow face issue haha)"

Answer: Premature to consider surgery at your age.
You may want to consider a chin implant. This will increase the definition of the mandible and balance the side view more. You may also want to consider cheek implants.
