I have seen alar reduction look awful, the procedure leaves patients unnatural looking as their alars look flat and have lost curvature. Is there any technique that is superior to other to retain curvature of the alar ? My nostrils =small flare when I smile to be big. I am afraid If I get a rhinoplasty and reduce the bridge and tip then my nostrils will become too pronounced. Alarplasty is option but I do not want to lose the curvature of my alars!
