I’m a 29 year old female, approximately 5’4 and 139 lbs. I’ve noticed my nostrils are assymetrical and it’s bothered me for years. Is this something that could be fixed with a Septorhinoplasty? Or is this a jaw alignment issue? What would you recommend? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. It’s worse from other angles. I avoid taking pictures from certain angles as it really bothers me.
