42 years old - Would it be possible to achieve this look with a rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Hello Doctors, I am a 42 year old male interested in having a rhinoplasty to improve my appearance for myself. I'd like to reduce the overall size of my nose from the front view. I've attached an image of myself along with an altered photo of what I'd like done. Would it be possible to achieve this look? If not, what can be? While it is difficult to predict the exact results of rhinoplasty based on these single before and “after” pictures, it should be possible to get results similar to what you seek. A detailed examination and analysis has to be done before the procedure, to help you achieve what you are looking for. . Simulations are a great way to tell us what the patient's expectations are. However, it's not possible to match it to the final results 100%. A computer-generated simulation should not be set in stone but it will definitely give a realistic range for ideal results. With that said, I believe you will be very happy with your results as you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. The result you would like to have is very achievable. A full set of facial photographs from all angles, since the nose is a three dimensional structure. In our practice we perform digital imaging from the front and side profile to see what they expected changes would be.
