Hello Doctors, I am a 42 year old male interested in having a rhinoplasty to improve my appearance for myself. I'd like to reduce the overall size of my nose from the front view. I've attached an image of myself along with an altered photo of what I'd like done. Would it be possible to achieve this look? If not, what can be? Hello. As I understand from the photo, you have corrected the curvature at the tip of the nose a little. This is possible with surgery. However, I can speak more clearly in photographs that are more beautiful and taken from different angles. Your age is very suitable for surgery.
