I had breast enlargement surgery in 2020 October, 745cc Inspira - SRF not sure this is the full idetails? I’m very happy with the outcome but would like them larger, he explained they have a valve and are possibly expanders? I might have misheard on the latter? Are they a candidate for a needle filled with saline to be added as opposed to more surgery? i feel like they could have been overfilled another 200cc for the desired end result I was looking for.
