Inspira, 745cc, can you add saline through a needle for the implants I have?

Question

I had breast enlargement surgery in 2020 October, 745cc Inspira - SRF not sure this is the full idetails? I’m very happy with the outcome but would like them larger, he explained they have a valve and are possibly expanders? I might have misheard on the latter? Are they a candidate for a needle filled with saline to be added as opposed to more surgery? i feel like they could have been overfilled another 200cc for the desired end result I was looking for. Thanks

Inspira implants are by definition filled with silicone gel, with varying cohesivity based on the type ( R, S or C). An SRF implant has the lowest cohesivity with a full profile. If you were told the prosthesis has a valve you most likely have a tissue expander in place. If you do have an expander in place, you will require another surgery regardless to replace the expander with either a saline or silicone breast implant.

the Inspira implants are all silicone implants. These are prefilled and cannot be adjusted once placed. If you desire a larger implant, you would have to replace the ones you have.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add volume to the Inspira SRF 745 implant by adding saline with a needle.  This type of implant needs to be removed and exchanged for a larger implant if you would like a larger size.
