My breast base width is 12.5cm. I would like the implants to be slightly wider than my frame, and it to project out a bit but not too much. (Aiming for D/DD cup, currently a deflated small c) The 320cc low plus has a width of 13cm, but since I had 1 pregnancy b4, will my breast sag faster in the long run if I go with this since there less fullness? I am worried the 320cc is not big enough. 360cc moderate has a width of 12.75, will this width be enough to cover my frame ?
Answer: It does not make much of a difference Discussion about volume and style of implant is something that needs to be done between surgeon and patient. It has been our experience that mature women (breasts) do well with moderate or moderate plus implants, rather than low or high profile. Difference in volume of 40 ml. is not going to be so visible; you can select any volume of the two since both will give you 1.5-2 cup size up. Hope this helps.

Answer: Which implant Hello, thank you for your question! If you are looking for a wider implant the answer is the low profile, however if you want more projection and same width as current breasts the moderate profile will give you that look. There is a risk of your breasts sagging regardless of which implant you choose. If you are able to try them on I definitely recommend doing so. Best of luck!

Answer: Which implant? the difference in volumes you are talking about is only a little over 2 tablespoons. Also, the difference in with you are considering, probably wouldn't even be noticeable. The difference is only about 1/10 of an inch.you should talk to your plastic surgeon about these choices. Overall, they would look about the same. These numbers are probably much lower than the asymmetry women generally have.

Answer: 320 cc low plus or 360 moderate It's best to try implant sizers in the office to see how they fit your frame and to rely on the opinion of your health care provider as they will also assess the thickness of your tissues and how they will cover the implant. In my experience, the low plus does not give a very shapely breast because it has very little projection. This makes me concerned that your breasts will be larger but may look wider, as the volume will be mostly at the base of the breast rather than in the projection of the breast. Because you use the word deflated to describe your breasts, the moderate is likely better for you. Moderate profile implants do not give highly projected breasts, they give medium projection.

Answer: Deciding between allergan inspira cohesive 320cc low plus profile or 360cc moderate profile Thank you for your question. I would rely on the plastic surgeon that you have chosen to perform your breast augmentation to do a sizing evaluation by placing implants into a bra so that you can feel the different sizes. I do not believe that a 320 cc low profile plus will give you the D cup or double D cup that you desire. In my experience 350-360 cc breast implants typically will give you a full see small D. A double D would most likely require an implant in the 400 cc range. Most women today prefer at least some projection in addition to the width of the breast. In my practice it is rare to use a low profile breast implant. I hope this helps.
