The difference between Natrelle Inspira moderate ssm 360cc vs Natrelle Inspire moderate ssm 375cc?

I'm 30 years old, 5'6 tall, 119lbs, currently a small 32c.. bwd is 12.5cm .. I'm having a hard time deciding between ssm 360cc and ssm 375cc. The difference is only 15cc so my doctor said the volume is basically the same. I am just afraid the 375cc would be a bit too wide for me as the Implant base is 13cm. The width for the 360cc is 12.75cm. Just wanted to ask if I am choosing between these two sizes, am I really just picking width here, as the volume change is not very significant?

It is really difficult to answer your question as there is a lot that goes into sizing our patients.  We perform measurements, evaluate the skin envelope elasticity, look at photos, look at diagrams and finally use the Allergan sizing system to size the patient in the office.  We obviously listen and discuss exactly what the patient wants and doesn’t want so that we can deliver the expected results.
Your best path to determine what size would work is to listen to your plastic surgeon and allow him/her to help you make that decision.  However, 15cc is negligible volume.

No one at this point knows your body better than your surgeon.
