I am 19 male and I have a line on my nose bone as though my nose disconnected to the forehead. It's due to the bone structure and not a crease on skin. It seems as though bone is missing in that area causing a dip/line. I know nose filler is an option but I want a permanent solution. How can this be fixed? Please also tell risks/complications if any. Thank you.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Based on your photographs, you do have a sharp transition where the nose joins the forehead. The best solution would require rhinoplasty surgery and would seek to balance the nose with the remainder of your facial features. The options would include augmenting the sunken part, reducing the hump on your nose, or a combination of both. I would recommend consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals for the nose.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello, This can be fixed with either filler or with rhinoplasty surgery. The filler is temporary and has the advantage of immediate result with no post injection recovery period. The surgical option gives permanent result, but has the downside of post operative recovery period and the associated surgical risks. It is better for you to consult a facial plastic surgeon to examine you and discuss both options.
