Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your nasal bone might be crooked due to the damage. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. However, with rhinoplasty surgery your nose can be more elegant and slight. Best Regards!
A small indentation along the sidewall of the nose may be amenable to permanent filling with microdroplet Silikon-1000, depending on your examination. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
Looking down on your makes me feel that the right nasal bone is still depressed (pushed inwards). This is giving your nose the tilt towards the left making it "crooked." If it is VERY early on after resetting of your nose, the bones should still be relatively mobile and able to be manipulated into place - typically with some form of anesthesia. If they are healed into place, then revision is necessary with osteotomies (incisions made into the bones to mobilize them).
Hello! I see what you're talking about. It appears that the right nasal bone has not been lateralized enough to create symmetry. It could be that the left also needs some adjusting inward. After trauma, the nasal bones can be difficult to fix especially when the septum has also been damaged. The cartilage has "memory" and will rebound if not addressed with grafting. I would seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon who can evaluate your internal and external nose. Hope this helps!
