Nose asymmetries: Are they there or am I just seeing things? If so, how hard would they be to fix through rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Ive always loved the shape of my nose but hated how asymmetrical it looked. Specifically how my right nostril seems like its a bitter lower than my left. That and when I look at my nose while tilting my face to the side a bit, the nose bridge on the right side of my face looks a bit less smooth than the left side. However, I have been diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder and can't tell if my brains just playing tricks on me or not. So, I thought I would go to you all for help. Basically id just want to move my right nostril up a bit to be more symmetrical to my left and to have both left and right 45° angles of my nose look the same as each other.
