Each provider will have their own way of helping patients or guiding the patients through the implant selection process.
Some providers ask patients to choose the implant with guidance. Other providers will make the final decision based on having a clear understanding of what the patient is hoping to achieve.
There are certain known causes or ideologies for patients developing capsular contractions.
It would be helpful to have complete information in order to understand what the most likely reason for your capsular contraction is.
Typical reasons for capsular contractions, include ruptured, silicon, implants, bleeding during surgery with blood left around the implant during the healing process, or contamination staphylococcus epidermidis of the implant. This bacteria is very slow growing, cannot be diagnosed on standard tests and cannot be treated with antibiotics.
It is one of the more common reasons one patients have recurrent capsular contractions, that keep recurring again and again.
