I’m getting a capsulectomy with 20year old implants replaced and I don’t know whether it would be better on balance to choose Motiva round mentor round or Motiva ergonomics in order to reduce the risk of contracture, and also rippling as I have very little natural breast tissue. i like the softness of Motiva ergonomics so I can partner dance without feeling terribly self conscious about how firm my breasts are. But am I likely to get a lot more rippling ?
