18 months post-op - Columella adjustment (photo)

Hi, I would really appreciate some advice on whether this change is achievable for me. I had a rhinoplasty in August 2023, which went drastically wrong, leaving me with several deformities. However, I think I would be able to move on with my life if the change I have morphed in the photo (with the columella reduced) was achievable through a columellaplasty. Here's hoping, thank you.

Without examining you, it is impossible to tell if your wide nasal tip is due to excess cartilage, or thick skin, or possibly scar tissue. If the asymmetry bothers you, a revision can be done to just address the tip. The skin will be lifted up and the tip refined and made more symmetrical. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

I can see nostril asymmetry, however, most peoples residual swelling six months postoperative visit the very base of the nose. Sometimes nostril asymmetry can dissipate spontaneously from 6 to 12 months postoperative. Additionally, you appear to have an improved and less projected nasal profile...
