Hi, I would really appreciate some advice on whether this change is achievable for me. I had a rhinoplasty in August 2023, which went drastically wrong, leaving me with several deformities. However, I think I would be able to move on with my life if the change I have morphed in the photo (with the columella reduced) was achievable through a columellaplasty. Here's hoping, thank you.

Without examining you, it is impossible to tell if your wide nasal tip is due to excess cartilage, or thick skin, or possibly scar tissue. I am not a fan of operating on somebody simply to remove scar tissue. It would be nothing to prevent it from returning, and results of rhinoplasty tend to be...
If the asymmetry bothers you, a revision can be done to just address the tip. The skin will be lifted up and the tip refined and made more symmetrical. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
