18 months post-op - Columella adjustment (photo)

When I switch from your before to more photos, I honestly cannot tell the difference. In general, a columellaplasty Is performed to elevate a hanging columella, and this is best seen on a profile view. I know that you are unhappy with your results, however, you do not have any significant Stigmata of previous surgery. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

I literally cannot tell a difference between your two photos.... so that either means that somehow the same photo was uploaded and/or it's so subtle of a change that I think you are fixating too much on this, esp if you say that you can't "move on with your life".

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty with lifting of your columella. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
