Overly Narrowed Nasal Bones (photo)

My nose was extremely narrow including between my eyes changing my appearance. Is there way the nasal bones base could be pushed out further. I noticed black people tend to have wider bones at the base and he changed nose to were the bridge of my nose is almost the same at the base.
