Overly Narrowed Nasal Bones (photo)

Question

My nose was extremely narrow including between my eyes changing my appearance. Is there way the nasal bones base could be pushed out further. I noticed black people tend to have wider bones at the base and he changed nose to were the bridge of my nose is almost the same at the base.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. There are many different maneuvers that can restore your original width including cartilage and fascial grafts. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
