I had a revision rhino 3 years ago and until this day my nose is bulbous, undefined, and bigger than I’d like. I have thick skin which is partly the problem, but I believe I also have scar tissue from the previous 2 surgeries preventing my tip from being defined. Would a tip plasty be a good option for me? or possibly a surgery to just remove scar tissue? Or is my nose going to be bulbous due to my thick skin?
