You don't appear to have either, but more photographs would be helpful to really evaluate the nose. Your lateral crus are more convex and they indent in a little bit laterally where the curve stops. The tip can be refined by straightening the lateral crus, creating a more defined tip complex. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
Hello and thank you for your question. Additional pictures would be helpful to give you the most accurate information regarding your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G.
