Revision rhino tip not what I was expecting, could I correct with anything other than another surgery?

I had a revision rhino a year ago, and I was told by the surgeon that they were going to use cadaver Cartilage to improve my tip as it was starting to hook from my initial rhinoplasty. As I was recovering, I kept asking if the piece of Cartilage that is completely visible was going to soften and potentially come down I was told consistently yes and now it looks like a Cindy Lou nose. Could I correct this with anything other than another surgery?

I don't like your result. I could tell better with better photos, but from these that you posted, it looks very much as though you should not allow your last surgeon to operate on your nose again. There are just too many problems with the result.

The good news is that, in expert hands, it's likely that a lot of improvement is possible. Certainly one of the main tasks would be to make the nose look natural.

You need to be very careful in selecting your next surgeon.
