What is this cut or slit I have on my nostril rim on my left nostril? It makes my nostrils look asymmetrical. I had a revision rhinoplasty early this year and pretty upset about this. One nostril is nice and round while the other is not. This was my first revision with rib and have grafts in my nostrils. What can be done to fix this? Would it require another major surgery or can something be done under local anesthesia?
