8 months post op, left implant is tender - can this be capsular contracture? 250cc high profile under the muscle (photos)

Plucky686860
I had a breast uplift with 250cc high profile under the muscles implants 8 months ago. I went to see an NHS doctor today and she said it is too early for it to be capsular contractor and I should wait at least a year before I consider a review surgery. The implant doesn’t feel hard but my left breast is tender, sits higher and there is a shooting pain when anything touches my nipple. I feel a pulling tight sensation whenever I do weights and the muscles seems to spasm when I get cold.
