Q1: How long after a breast lift with implants can one conclude they have waterfall deformity? One has dropped and the other is still high, and feels like its lodged up there. I am past the initial 3 months, has my scar tissue fully formed? In researching, I learned about a breast stabilizer and support bra. However, I was not given either and was told to remain braless post-op. Q2: Is there anything I can do to help the breast drop and fluff?
Answer: Breasts Wearing a breast band that sits above your breasts to help put gentle pressure on the implant and encourage it to drop can be used. External ultrasound can also be used to help soften the capsule and let the implant drop. Oral Accolate can also be helpful to soften the capsule which is not yet fully formed. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Answer: BA results Dear recovery1212, most surgeons will recommend you wait 6 months to see the final results. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Breast implants sitting up too high Hello, thank you for your question. I would suggest speaking to your plastic surgeon about this. Every clinic gives their own advice. Usually depending we advise massage. Implants will drop over time on their own but massaging can help it along. Again speak to you plastic surgeon prior to any massage.

Answer: How long after a breast lift with implants can one conclude they have waterfall deformity? The appearance of waterfall deformity after a breast lift with implants can vary. It’s advisable to wait several months, typically around 6 to 12, allow the swelling to subside and the implants to settle before drawing conclusions about the final result. However, individual healing processes may differ, so it’s essential to consult with your surgeon for guidance and evaluation.
