Deviated septum and tip - Can I get a revision? (photo)

Question

Please help me, my nose was a little deviated after i got my septorhinoplasty done, but it deciated further in 3 years and im scared it will deviate more. I suspect its because of my pinched tip. I want to get revision done but my tip is so pinched im scared noone will do it

Thank you for your question and the photos. 
It is a bit hard to tell definitively from the photos, but it does seem like the tip of your nose wants to lean a bit to your right (left of the screen). This can be due to a number of causes, but certainly can be corrected so don't lose hope! Based on how bothered you are by this a revision rhinoplasty could be a good option for you. I think your best bet is to schedule a consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon familiar with the pitfalls of a revision rhinoplasty and someone you ultimately feel comfortable with to achieve the results you desire.

You appear to have very thin nasal skin, and we can see the underlying contours of your nasal tip cartilages Through Your Skin. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for softening the appearance of your nasal tip, and for creating a straighter nasal appearance. Your tip has boxiness and sharp angles that we'd want to address at the same time. It should not be a problem to improve that with a revision rhinoplasty.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for a revision rhinoplasty to help straighten your tip and improve the contour. This can be performed with nasal tip deprojection and a mastoid fascia tip graft.. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
