Deviated septum and tip - Can I get a revision? (photo)

It is a bit hard to tell definitively from the photos, but it does seem like the tip of your nose wants to lean a bit to your right (left of the screen). This can be due to a number of causes, but certainly can be corrected so don't lose hope! Based on how bothered you are by this a revision rhinoplasty could be a good option for you. I think your best bet is to schedule a consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon familiar with the pitfalls of a revision rhinoplasty and someone you ultimately feel comfortable with to achieve the results you desire.

Your tip has boxiness and sharp angles that we'd want to address at the same time. It should not be a problem to improve that with a revision rhinoplasty.
