Hello doctors, I had my rhinoplasty surgery 2 years ago, and i still feel like my nose is still a little sore, dry, and irritation especially from the inside of nose (nasals), is it normal to feel discomfort and little burning and irritation sensation or is it what's called the empty nose syndrome? ( My breathing isn't bad )

Answer: Empty nose syndrome is associated with aggressive turbinate resection.

Based on your front view, you appear to have a slightly wide nasal appearance, however, in the first photograph that you posted, there is no evidence of an inverted V. Or a better opinion, kindly consider re-asking your question with oblique and profile photographs, along with it better...
