Nose bridge too thin and curved after rhinoplasty 20 years ago. Could it be fixed without surgery? (photo)

1 rhinoplasty performed 2004 The front of my nose is crooked, the dr removed too much from the bridge and now its super thin, and not in proportion with the sides that are wider. Also the nostrils move everytime I smile. The profile view is ok. Could it be fixed without surgery?
