So can Autologous septal cartilage. In our practice, we exclusively use MTF Profile Sheets for nasal reconstruction when there is no available septal cartilage for grafting purposes. I am not aware of surgeons storing people's extra rib cartilage, after revision rhinoplasty surgery. If we were able to store somebody's cartilage, we would store some of their septal cartilage at primary rhinoplasty, and use that for revision surgery, since that is much better than rib. Perhaps...
