- my nose needs to be made measurably longer as the nostrils and columella sit too high up (symptom of nose being over-rotated & lacking projection?) - the tip cartilages need to be moderately narrowed - the columella needs to be made longer & thicker - need projection added to the tip - need nostrils narrowed, preferably through the tentpole affect occurring secondary to tip grafts for projection as opposed to excision of tissue Are these goals achievable to the degree shown in photos?
