A rhinoplasty can do multiple things. It can refine the tip as well as the bridge and change the width of the nose. You may also want to consider a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, it is very difficult to offer specific advice as the photos are not clear. From your description you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, reshaping, and appropriately tensioning the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
