Do I need a nose job? (Photos)

Just taping the bridge accomplishes very little in my opinion. Also I think your nose looks good. I wouldn’t touch it

As far as I can understand from your question the operation I will recommend to you will definitely be an open rhinoplasty operation under general anesthesia, both permanent result and it is possible for the surgeon to easily see and intervene in every area.

Based on your photos, it might be reasonable to start with an injectable filler procedure to camouflage your small dorsal hump. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. This should only be done under general anesthesia never under local anesthesia. Cases performed under local have a very high rate of revision. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Given that you are bothered by the small bump (dorsal hump), then you should consult with a rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss options.
A surgical rhinoplasty is certainly an option. If that's all that is done to the nose, shaving the bump, this may be able to be done under local anesthesia or with IV sedation in an office, but you'll need to discuss this with your surgeon explicitly. Not all surgeons offer this.
Additionally, you could consider filler to the nose as an alternative way of masking the hump. This may be a nice alternative as a way to start and "try on your new nose."
