I'm 24 year old, never had any procedure, my only problem is a slight hump on the top of my nose, it is small but I hate it. Is there any way it can be only rasped under local anesthesia without breaking my nose and having a big surgery? And as a plastic surgeon do you consider my nose to be nice looking or does it need work done ?and is my tip lifted or does it need lifting? I need your advice please

There is a natural conduit called the nasolacrimal duct that brings tears from the eye into the nose. It is not worrisome to have nasal secretions move from the nose upward into the eye have to rhinoplasty surgery with septoplasty. Hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
