Scab came off and left an indent (alarplasty - rhinoplasty). Will I be left with this indent forever?

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. Appreciate the drawing efforts, but we can only judge appropriately with an actual photo. In general, this area has a robust blood supply and will heal well. Make sure to keep the area moist with an ointment and follow up with your surgeon at the predetermined time.
