Can alar base be widened? Can nose be made bigger after alar base reduction?

Question

Who can widen the alar base? Possibly build up the bridge to make nose bigger? Without open rhinoplasty if possible. Fillers maybe, but would prefer permanent. Are there permanent solutions with fillers. I'm more concerned about the alar base though.

Hi Tipala, 
Yes this has done often. Usually I would take a small piece of skin from the helix of the ear and place it in the area needed such as ala. This can even be done under local anesthesia. 
That is the short answer of course. You would need an in person consultation with an expert and discuss what your expectations are and if you've had previous nose surgery. 
Generally speaking, patients I have done revision to their alar base and size would have had a previous unsuccessful rhinoplasty, and need other aspects fixed with their shape of their nose.
