I had a rhinoplasty done January of 2018. My surgeon did great and exactly what I asked for the bridge work, but due to my new tip and bridge my nostrils now look too wide and flare. I was looking online at alarplasties and just feel like it would suit me. So, I emailed a board certified surgeon and he told me he generally does not recommended alarplasty because the scarring is visible and it gives the nose a diamond rather than triangular shape. Is this true? Is it not recommended?
