What should I ask for in a Rhinoplasty? I think I want a more pointed tip... I can't really visualize this on my face.

I would recommend a reduction in your tip projection. This would include a slight dorsal hump reduction as well as tip projection reduction.  In addition suturing and recontouring the tip for a more refined profile would be indicated.  

From your photos and inquiry, it appears that you can benefit from a refining rhinoplasty that can enhance your proportions a bit. The "bulbous tip" generally refers to the lower lateral cartilages that are like gull wings that shape your nostrils. reducing them is a common procedure that helps refine and thin the tip and make it look more delicate. Rather than get into too much detail in this forum, the short answer is "yes" you would indeed be a potential excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. It would be proper for you to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon experienced in rhinoplasty surgery, and whose aesthetics align with those of your own when you view their photo gallery. Don't be reluctant to consider more than one consultation until you feel confident about your decision, and confident about your surgeon. Rhinoplasty surgery is both very common, and unfortunately far too often results in unhappy patients who find themselves wanting to revise their surgery with a second operation. Your pictures are not ideal but your rounded tip that appears to be over- projected can be narrowed while establishing better definition. It is difficult for many patients to visualize their new nose but this can be clarified during consultation with examples of the results of other patients who had noses like yours.

From your photos it looks as though your tip is globular and has poor definition.  Tip rhinoplasty would improve the aesthetics of your nose and the proportionality of your face.  Be sure to consult a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who has a great deal of experience in this area.  An experienced surgeon can show you a comprehensive portfolio of his/her work to demonstrate the types of results that are reasonable to expect.  By looking at the portfolio you will be able to see how your nose might look after surgery.

It would be helpful to look at photographs especially a profile view without glasses on but based on the current photos and you saying you like your profile, you need a very conservative Tip Rhinoplasty.  All you need is a little narrowing of the nasal tip but not "pointed" and maybe a very slight lowering of the nasal bridge determined by looking at a good profile photo without glasses.  Overall, you have a well proportioned nose.  I would suggest you seek a consultation with an experienced Rhinoplasty surgeon and request a conservative Rhinoplasty.
