As you can see I have a very long face with a very pointy chin. I useto have a slight underbite which braces corrected. I hate the length of my chin & the fact that my face looks so long; whether i'm smiling or not. I'm turning 45 y/o this year and after mulling over what to do since I was a teen--i'm ready to fix this! I would also like rhinoplasty! What procedure should I do first?? Pretty please answer both questions. Thank you so much :)
