This is my 21 day after hair transplant i noticed increased rate of hair fall both transplanted(with crust like tissue) and regular hairs my surgeon adviced me to start it after month but im afraid it would be late.

Answer: Finasteride Most of my patients begin taking Finasteride before their transplant procedure and continue taking it after their transplant. I suggest you speak with your doctor to discuss you taking it a lot sooner.

Answer: Finasteride after hair transplant When my patients are used to take Finasteride, I recommend them to keep on taking Finasteride before, during and after surgery.
