Will sleeping with a hair concealer cause any issues with the process of my post hair surgery?

I just had a hair transplant a few weeks ago, my doctor said it's ok to use a synthetic hair fiber concealer now. My question is if i sleep with it on such as product called hair illusion or toppik will it cause any issues with the process of my hair restoration.
