For female hairline lowering via hair transplant, is it possible to transplant the "baby hairs" that give the hairline a soft, natural look? Can you take baby hairs out (of the front of the hairline), then plant new follicles from back of head, then re-plant the baby hairs in the front? Or extract the baby hairs from back of head at the nape of the neck?

Answer: Baby hairs If you are looking for those fine baby hairs that grow to about an inch in length, transplants wont work. The fine hairs that can be harvested from the scalp will grow longer. However selected fine hairs placed at the ftont of the hairline will give a very nice result.
