I am 25 years old with slight hair loss. Now I take Propecia. I want to have surgery to fix the hair loss that I had. Is it okay to change the color of the hair after the surgery?

Hi 500c,There should not be any issues with coloring the hair after a hair transplantation. I would certainly wait for at least two weeks before doing it.Good luck!

Always check with your doctor who performed your surgery for post operative care issues.  You can change the color of your hair after about two weeks but check with your doctor.

Yes, you can.Just make sure you do it after the first week or two, when small incisions are healed and all scabbing is gone.  Here is a link that spells out everything else you should expect after a hair transplant and what you are supposed to do about them.
