Based on these photos, you would be an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, thighs, arms, etc and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.
Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Hello, thank you for your question. This is difficult to determine prior to injection.  I will say that some buttocks and the tissues will expand much more favorably than others.  I do everything possible to get the buttocks as round and projected as possible.  I would select a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of BBLs each year, has good reviews, and good before and after pictures.
